Subscriptions and Gold

Cancel Darling+

Open Settings on your iPhone and tap your name.
Tap Subscriptions, then Darling.
Tap Cancel Subscription. You keep Darling+ until the end of the week you paid for.

Change your size

In Darling, open Settings, then Plan. Choose a bigger size to move up right away (you pay the difference for the rest of the week and get the extra Gold now), or a smaller one, which starts at your next renewal. There are six sizes, from Darling+ 1 at $9.99 a week to Darling+ 6 at $59.99 a week.

Restore your purchase

On a new iPhone, or after reinstalling, open Settings in Darling and tap Restore Purchases while signed in with the same Apple ID.

Refunds

Apple handles all payments, so refunds go through Apple: visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your data

Export your data

In Darling, open Settings and tap Export My Data.

Delete your account

In Darling, open Settings (from the Messages list, tap your profile).
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete My Account.
Confirm. Your account and everything in it is deleted.

Deleting your account doesn't cancel your subscription. Cancel it in your Apple settings first (above).

See or erase what they remember

Open a person's contact card in Darling and tap See All next to what they remember. You can search it and tell them to forget anything.

Report a problem

Press and hold any message and tap Report, or use Settings, then the person's name, then Report a Problem. For anything urgent about safety, email us as well.
